About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior AI/ML/GenAI Engineer to lead the design and deployment of advanced AI solutions across enterprise-scale environments. This role requires strong hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), vector search, and GenAI application development, including emerging agentic frameworks and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows. The ideal candidate will help shape and deliver scalable AI systems that integrate seamlessly within modern enterprise technology stacks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support deployment across major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), incorporating CI/CD, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
- Guide prompt engineering, LLM selection, and performance tuning to optimize real-time and batch GenAI use cases.
- Design and implement GenAI solutions including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows, with a focus on real-world enterprise applications.
- Lead architecture of end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, from data ingestion through production deployment, following Agile SDLC practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable AI/ML systems.
- Develop and maintain clean, modular code in Python and SQL for model development, data processing, and system integration.
Key qualifications required
- Minimum 1 year of enterprise AI/ML experience (4+ years of Data Science experience), including hands-on work with NLP and deep learning systems.
- Strong working knowledge of GenAI system design and LLM integration; familiarity with agentic workflows and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Semantic Kernel) is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, including data pipeline development and ML model implementation.
- Experience with embedding generation, vector databases (e.g., ChromaDB, Pinecone), and integrating structured and unstructured data sources.
- Proven ability to deploy AI solutions within enterprise environments using cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Demonstrated leadership in Agile SDLC environments and experience driving cross-functional development efforts
Preferred experience:
- Preference for candidates with background in capital markets (e.g., asset managers, investment banks, hedge funds)
- Familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Salesforce, Snowflake)
